Processing
Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping costs
- Subscriptions: free shipping on every delivery, to every country we ship to.
- One-time orders within Australia: A$11 standard shipping, or A$15 express. Standard shipping is free on orders of A$100 or more.
- One-time orders outside Australia: A$20 standard international shipping.

Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Within Australia, standard orders usually arrive in 2 to 8 business days and express orders in 1 to 3 business days. International orders usually arrive in 6 to 15 business days.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
